According to a research it has been stated that a women who eats lot of high-fat dairy foods, like ice cream, may have better fertility than women who eat low fat versions of the same products.

But women who ate at least one serving of high-fat dairy food a day cut their risk of infertility from this cause by 27 per cent. It is said and believed that the risk of infertility is lesser if a woman ate more and more ice-cream. The infertility risk is lesser about 38 to 40 % in women who ate ice-cream two or more times a week than those who consumed ice cream less than a week.

Caffeine during Pregnancy: - It is said that Expectant mothers and women trying to conceive should consume less amount of caffeine rather it should be avoided. The quantity intake of caffeine should be monitored as caffeine increases blood pressure and heart rate which is not a good sign during pregnancy it also increases the frequency of urination. This causes reduction in body fluid levels and can even result to dehydration. It is not only found in coffee but also in tea, soda, chocolate, and even some medicines that relieve headaches. Having a cup of caffeine is permissible but the large amount of it is always asked to be avoided as it contains sugar and it might increase the blood sugar volume which can prove critical for baby’s health.
